The Arthroscopy Equipment and Associated Products contract has been successfully awarded and is effective from February 1st 2015. It is a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
The contract provides the potential for member Trusts to review existing activity and source alternative equipment and consumable solutions that meet clinical and patient need, whilst also addressing financial opportunities.
The award is based on a multiple supplier contract with suppliers being able to provide a wide range of equipment and associated consumables with different finance options. The overall annual contract is based on nine member Trusts who have signed up to the procurement.
