Building on knowledge gained from both Private and Public Sector procurement, there is a wealth of corporate experience within the PPSA.  Key projects include the Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) & Radiology Information System (RIS), Laundry Services and Patient Meals. In addition, we have been successful in securing bespoke contracts – Electronic Patient Records (EPR), Payroll Services and Orthotics. We strive on delivering ‘best in class’ procurement leadership and support to our stakeholders through OJEU compliant contracting and ongoing professional contract management.

Strategic portfolio management is central to our success in delivering targeted procurement efficiencies and solutions for our stakeholders. Key achievements have included the successful mobilisation of the PACS & RIS contracts across multiple Organisations, resulting in a GO Award shortlisting and the delivery of a 15% saving on patient meals for Organisations across Devon & Somerset.
