Performance & Finance
The Performance & Finance Team provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to the PPSA Board. These reports monitor the performance of the PPSA against the targets set and provide details of savings achieved to date, Return on Investment (ROI) by organisation as well as details of the current contracts managed by the PPSA.
The P&F team ensures that the PPSA is managed in accordance with the Articles Of Agreement through established KPIs, audits and regular reviews of processes and procedures.
The team also provides analytical, financial and administrative support to the PPSA Buyers, specifically during the tendering process and contract management stage.
