The Board

The PPSA Board is accountable to the Executive Sponsors for managing the performance of the PPSA in the delivery of an agreed annual work-plan within allocated resources.

Consisting of Heads of Procurement and the Senior Management Team, the Board meets on a monthly basis and is also responsible for the setting of annual performance targets and corporate objectives for the PPSA.
